Plan a festive, casually (or not so casually) chic celebration at Race Brook Lodge.  Our Wedding Barn provides a lofty, wooded 2,000 sq. ft. gathering space that looks great simply festooned with daisies & gingham or elaborately draped with silks and exotic blooms.  Delicious food provided by our in-house caterer to suit any palate.  The atmosphere of the lodge offers a relaxed environment- conducive to gathering new and old families and friends.

• Weddings booked in April, May, June, Sept. & Oct.(exceptions considered!). We begin booking 1 year in advance
• 2 night minimum stay in our 31 guest rooms at the season’s rates
• Site fee of $3000-$5000 (depending on the weekend).  Includes Wedding Barn, Portico, exclusive use of grounds & common areas, from Friday afternoon –Sunday checkout
• A 5.7% state tax and 10% group service charge apply to all room and site fees
• In-house catering by the staff of our popular Stagecoach Tavern- menus on request
