Lady Moon & The Eclipse is a multicultural 7-piece band based in New York & Oakland California. Through soaring vocal textures and R&B/afrobeat-influenced rhythms, they radiate positive music and message that explores the Cosmic Soul. Led by Ngonda Badila, aka Lady Moon, the band has toured extensively via their nine Eclipse Season Tours spanning from Vermont to New Orleans to California, opening for such names as Thundercat, Kamasi Washington, Amanda Palmer, Maxi Priest, and Tank & the Bangas along the way.
Journey to the Cosmic Soul, their full-length album released in April 2020 on streaming and double vinyl; was recorded and arranged with a celestial concept used to guide the listener through a journey to become one's best self.

Lady Moon & The Eclipse is a multicultural ensemble based in Oakland, CA. Through soaring vocal textures and R&B/afrobeat-influenced rhythms, they create inspirational music that explores the Cosmic Soul. Lady Moon carries the essence of the Moon sending a message of love, peace, and light, while the musicians serve as the Sun shining light upon her. The audience represents the Earth, also known as the Star People of Earth, completing the metaphorical eclipse.
Led by founder, singer and songwriter Ngonda Badila aka Lady Moon, the band self-produced their debut EP, Believe, released in April 2016, followed by a series of music videos in collaboration with New York-based filmmakers, receiving recognition from OkayAfrica, Earmilk, Afropunk, as well as regional and international film festivals.
