Sabina Sciubba

Sabina Sciubba found both critical acclaim and a loyal following as founder and lead vocalist/producer of the group Brazilian Girls, a genre-bending, multi-lingual (Sciubba is of German and Italian descent) and internationally beloved outfit that received a Grammy nomination for Best Electronic Record for their 2008 album New York City. Sciubba went on to release two full-length solo records, Toujours and Force Majeure, in addition to acting alongside Zach Galifianakis in the critically acclaimed series Baskets. “I’m an explorer by nature,” Sciubba says. “So after each record, I’m ready to try something new.”. The yoga & event barn at Race Brook is simultaneously rustic and sublime, steeped in hundreds of years of New England history. The Stagecoach Tavern is unpretentious fine dining, exquisite farm-to-table cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. Much of the food is sourced from Race Farm, right on the property!

The Main Lodge

Our rooms are carved out of a 19th century barns and a Federal style mansion, with other cottages and cabins. Continental breakfast is included. Hiking trails start right here on the property and extend up to the Race Brook Falls, Mount Everett, Mount Race and beyond. You can continue on the Appalachian Trail... all the way to Georgia, or north to Maine!

The Race Brook is a soothing presence, babbling right through the center of our property. Enjoy the sound of the brook from a hammock in the shade or spread out a blanket for a picnic on the lawn. Also enjoy volleyball and lawn games. In the summer, sometimes the brook dries up temporarily, allowing for adventures and scavenger hunts in the riverbed.
