RACE BROOK LODGE GROUP RESERVATION GUIDELINES

DEPOSITS:
Rooms for a group reservation must be secured by a non-refundable deposit within 14 days of the date of booking. We will hold the rooms pending the receipt of the deposit for 14 days.

The deposit paid by check or credit card shall be equal to 25% of the value of the accommodations (not including the 5.7% Ma. lodging tax and 10% service charge) .

RECONFIRMATION:
The reservation must be reconfirmed within a time period varying with the number of rooms reserved:

5-10 rooms: 30 days PTA (prior to arrival)
11-20 rooms: 60 days PTA
21-31 rooms: 90 days PTA*

At that time, the number of rooms may be adjusted and the applicable reconfirmation date extended. An additional deposit may be due to bring the total non-refundable deposit to 50% of the value of the reservation. Reconfirmation constitutes guarantee of the full reservation and all the charges associated with it. A valid credit card on record is required to secure all amounts due.

*Reconfirmation does not apply to weddings or to groups requiring exclusive use of the property. In these cases all rooms are considered guaranteed.

Group rates are computed based on the number of rooms and amenities required and may vary by season.
