The Lodge
Common areas and guest rooms are decorated in a warm, cozy style of textured fabrics, stenciling, eclectic arts, hand hewn beams and wide plank floors. The Horseshoe Wine Bar is a congenial corner for guests to meet and settle in with a great book.

Coach House and Cottages
Additional guest suites and rooms located in the Brick Federal Coach House and four later day cottages. Larger rooms with multiple beds are comfortable for families (with an occasional pet). The Brookhouse and the Coach House suite are equipped with kitchens - perfect for longer stays.

View the Rooms and Suites - Choose post and beamed quarters in the Lodge, gracious suites in the Coach House, family style, pet-friendly rooms in Race, Sage, & Poorhouse cottages. The Brook House offers spacious privacy, a front porch, living studio and kitchen. All accommodations have private baths and A/C. The Meeting Barn is an ideal setting for thoughtful gatherings. Complete meeting or team building programs, active learning workshops, contemplative retreats and off site excursions. Catering is available, and a full service restaurant on premises offers dining in a beautiful colonial tavern.

Hikers' Heaven - Hike to Race Brook Falls, the Appalachian Trail, and the summit of Mt. Race. Ski Butternut and Catamount, cross country ski, canoe the Housatonic, fly fish the Konkapot River, ride, bike, walk, bird watch , enjoy the outdoors.

Just a few lazy paces from our lodge. The historic Stagecoach Tavern offers both fine and casual dining in a quintessential 18th century ambience. Private dining and catering for events large and small.
